Q. Where are you located and where do you ship from?
A: While I am based in Venezuela, my products are shipped from international print-on-demand partners. This means your items are made and shipped from facilities closer to your location, ensuring faster delivery and reduced shipping costs.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. I primarily accept PayPal (especially PayPal balance) since Venezuela is extremely limited to international transactions. This is the fastest and most secure method to process your orders at the moment.

Q. Why don't you prefer debit/credit card payments?
A. Stripe is not available in Venezuela so processing debit/credit card payments can sometimes introduce delays due to verification and processing times and I can't provide more payment options at the moment. Using PayPal allows me to expedite your order and get it into production faster.

Q. How does the print-on-demand process work?
A. Moori is a print-on-demand (POD) store. This means that each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows me to offer a wide variety of designs and minimize waste.

Q. What type of printing do you use for your products?
A. I use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for all the tees. DTG printing allows to create high-quality, detailed designs with vibrant colors directly onto the fabric. This method is known for its durability and soft feel.

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. US orders take 5-7 days to arrive after the order has been fulfilled.

Canada orders take 7-14 days to arrive after the order has been fulfilled.

International shipping can take 14 days up to 4 weeks to arrive. Delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the shipping carrier's workload.

Q. Do you provide tracking information?
A. 
Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress. which is why you must register an active email you have access to.

Q. Will all my items arrive in the same package?
A. Due to POD production process, t-shirts and posters are shipped separately and will have different shipping prices. This means if you order both, you will receive two separate packages with individual tracking numbers. Please expect these to arrive at slightly different times.

Q. How will I know if my order has been shipped in multiple packages?
A. Each package will have its own tracking number, and you will receive separate email notifications for each shipment.

Q. Why does international shipping take so long?
A. International shipping involves several factors, including distance, customs clearance, and the efficiency of local postal services. These factors can sometimes lead to longer delivery times.  If your order is taking too long to ship or you haven't received a tracking number 7-14 business days after your order has been registered, contact me at [email protected].

Q. What should I do if the shipping cost seems unusually high?
A. If you feel the shipping cost is excessively high, please don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected]. This can happen due to conflicting shipping profiles between products. Provide me with your order details and shipping address, and I will gladly review the shipping costs to ensure accuracy and explore any potential alternatives.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the print-on-demand nature of my products, I can only offer refunds or replacements if the print on your item is significantly flawed or incorrect. Please contact me with photos of the issue within (7) days of receiving your order.

Q. Can I return an item if I don't like it or if it doesn't fit?
A. As the items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or personal preference. Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on each product page before placing your order.

Q. How can I contact customer support?
A: You can contact me through the "Contact Us" page on our website or by emailing [email protected]. I aim to respond to all inquiries within (3) business days.

Q. How often do you add new designs?
A. I regularly add new designs to my store depending on inspiration levels. Stay updated by following Moori on social media channels like Instagram or my personal Twitter, or checking the website often!

Q. Are your designs official merchandise?
A. No, all designs featured on Moori are fan-made creations. This means I have no official association or affiliation with the original artists, brands, or media represented in the designs.

Q. Do you have permission to sell these fan-made designs?
A. I create and sell these designs as fan art, which falls under fair use principles. However, it's important to understand that this is not official merch.

Q. What if the original creator contacts you about a design?
A. If I receive a legitimate request from the original creator or copyright holder regarding a design, I will promptly address their concerns and take appropriate action, which may include removing the design from my store.

A. I encourage you to support the official artists and media by purchasing their official merchandise and content. My goal is to be an affordable alternative!
